How It Works

• Purchase your email session: You’ll receive an email with simple instructions.

• Send me your question: The clock starts when I receive your email.

• Receive your response: I’ll write a detailed, thoughtful reply within 3 business days (usually much sooner).

You’ll receive two emails from me: one confirming I’ve received your question, and another with your completed response.

Because I begin working as soon as I receive your question, refunds are not available once it’s submitted. (If you haven’t sent your question yet, the charge is easily reversed.)
